I started my career in design when there were no playbooks, no bootcamps, and no formal paths. The rules hadn’t been written yet, so I wrote my own.
Curiosity and conviction drove me to solve hard problems at scale, and in the process, I helped shape the foundation of what modern design practice has become.
Over the past 20 years, I’ve built systems before they had a name, practiced design ops before it became a discipline, and shown organizations that design isn’t decoration; it’s the framework that holds everything together. I’ve worked across aviation, healthcare, fintech, telecom, and enterprise, always with the same focus: turning complexity into clarity, and leaving teams stronger than when I found them.
At Delta Airlines, I designed tools that supported flight attendants and crew operations, redefining how teams stayed connected. At the CDC, I helped build digital infrastructure to support public health initiatives nationwide. At AT&T and Comcast, I transformed enterprise-scale experiences that reached millions of customers. In fintech and banking, I delivered clarity and scalability to platforms used by millions every day.
I didn’t grow into design by chance. I forged a path where there wasn’t one, and I continue to push design further: leading teams, scaling systems, and partnering with organizations that need design not just as a function, but as a force.
Throughout my 20 years long career, I have seen a lot of change. Technologies come and go. Products created and updated. I have been inspired to be a part of this industry. The experience, fabulous teams of professions, and the amazing projects that have formed me into the expert I am today. I love sharing this and mentoring others. I love what I do and always excited to share.

Being a part of the UX community is fun and rewarding. I love interacting with local designers. I hosted a couple of Meetups in Atlanta, GA. These are for new designers as well as masters. Unfortunately, I had to stop during COVID-19.
