Enterprise UI/UX Specialist

As a UI/UX Innovation Leader, I specialize in leading cross-functional teams through the product discovery process to deliver impactful solutions that meet business and user needs. One of my notable achievements was leading a four-week effort to create an MVP for NC Services, which aimed to provide small financial institutions with insights into their ATMs' network, devices, and overall performance.

My leadership experience involved applying user experience and UI design principles using my design methodology emphasizing product discovery. Working collaboratively with the development, data, and product teams, I mentored story-mapping sessions to capture MVP requirements. Using my expertise in product discovery and collaborating with corporate stakeholders and leadership, we identified several opportunities and validated them through technical validation and feasibility studies.

I designed and built a cloud-based resource for administering and collecting data. Through concept wireframes and iterative design, we created an MVP design that was tested and validated with users. I conducted user research throughout the project using unmoderated surveys and qualitative and quantitative data collection techniques. While there was limited user testing due to the timeline, we collected a sample of the user base and validated design choices through unmoderated surveys.

My impact was significant - I successfully managed and delivered the design MVP within the 30-day incubation timeline, resulting in funding for developing the MVP application. Overall, my leadership skills, knowledge of my design methodology, and expertise in product discovery were instrumental in achieving the project's goals and delivering a successful prototype.
